Razorback Invitational Lottery Spots

We have 2 open slots to the Razorback Open – How to apply:

1. Must have won a core award  (ie any award except for Judges’ or Kids’ Choice) at one of the 4 Championships
2. Must send email to fll@playingatlearning.org by Wednesday 2/26 7pm confirming that the team is available and able to attend   (must include team name, team number, which award the team won, and which Championship the team attended)
3. 2 random teams will be chosen on Thursday morning and will be notified how to officially register.

Razorback Invitational summary info:    $1500 registration, 72 teams,  May 16-19, 2019    University of Arkansas  Fayetteville, Arkansas USA

Arkansas Union, the Chi Omega Greek Theatre, and other locations on the university campus

On-Campus Housing

Teams and their registered guests can live on campus in a modern residence hall. The hall is comprised of two-bedroom suites. Each bedroom includes two single beds, and the two bedrooms share a bathroom. Linens are provided. Each suite can house up to four people, and each person receives three meals per day in an on-campus dining facility that can accommodate most special dietary needs. Even though adults cannot share a suite with children, we can place all of a team’s suites in an adjacent area, so you are never more than a few steps away from your teammates, coaches, etc. The final cost is still to be determined, but we expect it to be approximately $280 per suite per day. A three-night minimum is required (check-in on Thursday, May 16, and check-out on Sunday, May 2019 Check-in on Wednesday, May 15, and check-out on Monday, May 20, are also available. Teams that elect on-campus housing will receive a $500 credit toward their team registration fee.

Northwest Arkansas is easily accessed from Interstate 49 (formerly Interstate 540) and served by the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA). XNA is served by American Airlines, Delta Global Services, United Airlines, U.S. Airways, and Allegiant Airlines, with non-stop services to 14 destinations.
