DEADLINE to Pay, Register, have team volunteers signed up and complete CHAMPIONSHIP Jotform
FEBRUARY 10

If you miss the deadline another team may be selected to take your spot.
Note that Payment & Jotform are not tied to your specific Championship – so you can complete those even if you have requested a swap (or plan to).

CHAMPIONSHIP JOTFORM – note that this is not the one linked on your team info page in mylumi that you filled out for your qualifier.


Requirement #1: Pay Championship Tournament Registration fee ($500) & Register for the event in mylumi.playingatlearning.org

  • Each team has its own unique payment link on mylumi

Requirement # 2: Submit up to date team information via the Championship specific JotForm.

  • Jotform link which will ask for the following:
    • Team Picture
    • Robot Picture
    • Team summary
    • Project summary
    • Name & Contact Info for team’s adult volunteer(s)
    • Any changes or other information about the team (such as special needs)
  • Submitted pictures and summary information will be used for tournament book & highlight reel to be shown during event day and shared with Judges

Requirement # 3: Have 2 ADULT Team Volunteers sign up for one or more of the acceptable TEAM VOLUNTEER roles on the firstinspires.org Volunteer Dashboard.   [coming soon]

Every team is required to provide at least 2 adult volunteers


More info about TEAM VOLUNTEERS:

  • Help your ADULT volunteers  sign up in the FIRST Volunteer System – you can search for “NorCal” to find all of our events.

Each team is required to provide 2 adult volunteers for at least 6 hours of time.

This can be fulfilled in multiple ways and we would encourage you to get as many team volunteers as possible.

Please make sure that your volunteer adds their team number when they apply in the FIRST VIMS so that can match up your team’s volunteer with your team’s registration status.
