DEADLINE to Pay, Register and Complete Team  Jotform is January 20   [Requirements #1 & #2 below]

If you miss the deadline another team may be selected to take your spot.
Note that Payment & Jotform are not tied to your specific Championship – so you can complete those even if you have requested a swap (or plan to).


Requirement #1: Pay Championship Tournament Registration fee ($450) & Register for the event in mylumi.playingatlearning.org

  • Each team has its own unique payment link on mylumi
  • Teams are encouraged to apply for the NorCal FLL grant.

Requirement # 2: Submit up to date team information via JotForm.

  • Jotform link which will ask for the following:
    • Team Picture
    • Robot Picture
    • Team summary
    • Project summary
    • Name of adult volunteer(s) for the team
    • Any changes or other information about the team (such as special needs)
  • Submitted pictures and summary information will be used for tournament book & highlight reel to be shown during event day and shared with Judges


More info about TEAM VOLUNTEERS:

  • Help your ADULT volunteers  sign up in the FIRST Volunteer System – you can search for “NorCal” to find all of our events.

Each team is required to provide an “effective all day” volunteer.

This can be fulfilled in multiple ways and we would encourage you to get as many team volunteers as possible:

  1. by 1 person picking 1 full day volunteer role;
  2. 1 person filling 2 separate, non-overlapping half day roles;
  3. by having 2 different team volunteers each fill half day roles.

Please make sure that your volunteer adds a comment to list their team number when they apply in the FIRST VIMS so that can match up your team’s volunteer with your team’s registration status.
